Carine Trudel is an associate with MT>Version, the legal translation division of McCarthy Tétrault. She is a lawyer-revisor in Montréal.

Me Trudel reviews legal translations of a wide range of documents relating mainly to business, commercial, securities law and litigation.

Me Trudel is also a certified translator (C. Tr.), member of the Ordre des traducteurs, terminologues et interprètes agréés du Québec (OTTIAQ), since 2013. Her excellent results in the Translation Studies program have earned her four Merit Scholarships from the Government of Canada over the years. Me Trudel was a member of the Committee for the standardization of French common-law terminology as part of the works that led to the publication of the Alternative Dispute Resolution Glossary (common law), published by the Terminology and Standardization Directorate of the Translation Bureau of Canada, in collaboration with Promoting Access to Justice in Both Official Languages (PAJLO), Department of Justice Canada. She is a member of the Canadian Association of Legal Translators.

Me Trudel received her Bachelor of Laws (LL.B.) from the Université de Sherbrooke in 2000 and her translation certificates I and II from the Université de Montreal, respectively in 2012 and in 2013.

She was called to the Québec Bar in 2002.
